Workplace first aid requirements
In Cameroun, workplace first aid is governed by Labour Code (Law No. 92/007 of 14 August 1992), in particular articles 95 and 98 on occupational hygiene and safety, administered by Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MINTSS) — Labour Inspectorate; National Social Insurance Fund (CNPS). Employers must ensure a trained first aider is available at all times.
