托儿所心肺复苏和急救要求
First Aid & CPR Cameroon
Cameroon的要求
The 2017 decree governing crèches and day-care centres places medical follow-up in the hands of health personnel within the technical supervision unit and requires every facility to sign an agreement with a health centre for emergency care. It sets no numerical ratio of first aiders, but in practice it expects children to be surrounded by adults who can respond to a sudden illness or accident and who are connected to a source of care. Staff trained in life-saving first aid answer that expectation directly.
过敏性休克与药物给药
Epinephrine auto-injectors are not distributed nationwide and can only be obtained through importation or on a named-patient basis, and no Cameroonian rule obliges day-cares to keep them on hand. The strongest safeguard, then, is a caregiver who can recognise a severe allergic reaction, alert the partner health service without delay, and administer any prescribed medication — with the parents' written consent — kept safely out of children's reach.

不要等到续期那天
When a young child chokes, drowns or collapses, the first minutes decide the outcome, and it is almost always a caregiver, not a doctor, who is there for them. Training in first aid and CPR turns that helpless moment into confident action and shows families their children are in capable hands. A recognised, standards-based certification meets what the regulation asks of a facility and, more importantly, means a prepared adult is always close by.
